Description
Scooby-Doo by Spooky Pinball captures the timeless, mystery-solving charm of the beloved 1969 Hanna-Barbera classic cartoon Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! and turns it into a high-energy pinball adventure. Built on an expansive widebody layout, the game gives players plenty of room to explore iconic haunted mansions, spooky amusement parks, and eerie woods as part of the Mystery Inc. gang. Every aspect of the machine is crafted to make players feel like they are stepping directly inside a classic Saturday morning episode.
The game heavily emphasizes show authenticity, blending iconic show clips directly into gameplay modes to recreate classic unmasking moments. Audio production is a major standout feature, anchored by a retro-inspired soundtrack composed by Matt “Count D” Montgomery that perfectly mirrors the fun, suspenseful vibe of the original series. To elevate the immersion even further, Spooky Pinball secured voice talent associated with the franchise—including legendary actors Frank Welker, Matthew Lillard, Kate Micucci, Grey Griffin, and Scott Innes—providing custom dialogue recorded specifically for the game’s objectives and callouts.
Whether you are aiming to track down clues, dodge ghastly villains, or grab a quick Scooby Snack, the game hits a sweet spot between accessible fun for casual fans and deep, challenging rules for seasoned pinball enthusiasts. With its blend of nostalgic presentation, rich sound design, and active playfield features, Scooby-Doo stands out as a flagship centerpiece for any home arcade or public collection.
