    By purchasing from CardwellPinball.com, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these binding Terms.

    2. Product Representations

    • Machines are sold as tested and working unless explicitly marked “AS-IS” or “FOR PARTS”
    • Photos represent the actual machine you receive, but minor cosmetic variations may occur
    • Weights, dimensions, and specifications are approximate
    • We reserve the right to substitute equivalent components if originals become unavailable

    3. Pricing & Payment

    • All prices in USD
    • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors discovered after order placement
    • Full payment required before order processing
    • Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Wire Transfers ($5,000+)
    • Sales tax applied where applicable

    4. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

    • Order confirmation ≠ order acceptance
    • We reserve right to refuse any order for any reason
    • Lead times vary: In-stock (5-10 business days), Refurbished (2-4 weeks), New (8-12 weeks)

    5. Limited Warranty

    • New Machines: Manufacturer’s warranty (typically 90 days–1 year)
    • Refurbished Machines: 90-day limited parts warranty
    • Warranty Exclusions: Cosmetic issues, playfield wear, bulbs/LEDs, fuses, rubbers, balls, normal wear, damage from misuse, improper power, unauthorized modifications, environmental damage

    6. Buyer Responsibilities

    • Verify doorway, staircase, and room clearances before purchase
    • Provide adequate power (115V, dedicated circuit recommended)
    • Ensure delivery location is accessible (no stairs, narrow halls without prior arrangement)
    • Arrange appropriate help for moving/placement (machines weigh 250-350 lbs)

    7. Limitation of Liability
    Cardwell Pinball’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

    8. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, Florida.
