1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. No shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.

2. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Curbside Delivery: Freight carrier delivery to your curb/driveway
  • White Glove Service: Optional upgrade includes delivery to room of choice, uncrating, and placement (additional $199–$499)
  • Local Pickup: Free pickup at our Orlando, FL warehouse by appointment

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing: 3–7 business days for order verification and preparation
  • Transit: 7–14 business days via freight carrier
  • Scheduling: Carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule
  • Total Estimate: 10–21 business days from order to delivery

4. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout by ZIP code
  • Typical range: $349–$799 per machine
  • White Glove Service: Additional $199–$499
  • Oversized/Widebody machines may incur additional charges

5. Delivery Requirements

  • Someone 18+ must be present to sign and inspect
  • Provide gate codes, building instructions, and accessibility notes at checkout
  • Ensure clear path to delivery location (no overhanging branches, narrow passages)
  • Drivers are not required to: navigate stairs, use elevators, remove doors, or move furniture

6. Delivery Inspection Protocol
BEFORE DRIVER LEAVES:

  1. Inspect crate for obvious damage
  2. Note any crate damage on Bill of Lading
  3. Uncreate (if White Glove) or partially uncrate to inspect corners and glass
  4. Note any machine damage on Bill of Lading
  5. Take photos of any issues
    Failure to note damage on BOL may void damage claims

7. Delivery Issues

  • Refused Deliveries: 25% restocking fee + return shipping charges
  • Failed Deliveries: $150 redelivery fee if no one is available during scheduled window
  • Storage Fees: $50/day if delivery cannot be completed after failed attempt
  • Address Changes: $150 fee after shipping label is created

8. Special Considerations

  • Weather: Delivery may be rescheduled during rain/snow to protect equipment
  • Accessibility: Notify us of stairs, elevators, or tight spaces BEFORE shipping
  • Equipment Needed: Have at least 2 strong helpers and furniture dolly available
  • Building Access: For apartments/condos, arrange loading dock or elevator access in advance
